STRUGGLING WITH THE JUGGLE?
I bet you can relate...
You arrive at nursery to collect the children, just in the nick of time and only after leaving work hoping not to draw too much attention as the first to leave.
You still have a report to read, you know it’ s going to take you at least an hour. The little one has had a meltdown on the way home and there’s still bath time, story and bedtime to get through. Who knows what’s for dinner and when was the last time you and your husband actually talked about anything other than schedules and planning?
It’s just too much.
What happened to the joy and magic of parenting? Noone mentioned the overwhelm, frustration and guilt (oh, the guilt).
You feel like an imposter at work and as though you are clinging onto your career.
There has to be an easier option, hasn't there?
YES. And there is.
It all starts with choices. Choices about where you are going to put your energy and what you are willing to let go of.
